Get to know her
It’s 2021 and the second Corona Spring. Much has changed since the beginning of the pandemic. May it be for the good or worse, as every cloud has a silver lining. The virus that forced us humans into a freeze mode, also forced us to reflect on our life and the way we live. Coming to that point, I realized that there is one thing my heart was beating for, which is starting a blog. And that’s what I did. Because life is too short to let things undone, and because in the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take. So now, here I am to welcome you to chez Tiên, where I would love to share my long-standing passion for food and travel with you. Two things that are both nourishing and soothing our souls, especially in times of endless lockdowns, where we might feel trapped and long for an escape. Isn’t it natural then, to get nostalgic over the good old days, when nothing was holding us back to roam the world, discovering new cultures, new people and places? I am sure we will find new ways to do so. And eventually one day, we will be able to do all this again. But until then, let me take you down my memory lane and bring the world that now seems further away closer to you.
